Neuroscience is the scientific study of the nervous system and is a highly multidisciplinary field that integrates molecular, circuit-level, and systems-level research. To gain a deeper understanding of human cognition and behavior, it is essential to investigate the brain across multiple levels from individual neurons to large-scale network organization. To this end, we are developing a framework that links macroscale connectomes to microcircuit neural dynamics and gene expression patterns.
